Last night we drove from Needles to Bakersfield. The first part of the drive was beautiful. Driving through the Mojave in the high mountains, the scenery was gorgeous. By the end of the drive we were seeing green grass - so James was happy, but I was sad to be leaving the desert.
Paul drove into a headwind all day but the trailer handled well. Today we are moving on to Morgan Hill and tomorrow San Francisco to see Mandell again.
